Open Question: Is it better to have an outside "labor" job, or inside office job?

I live in Ohio, so if outside I would have a few months of cold/bad weather to possibly deal with. I live in Ohio, I have great summers so if inside I would feel my soul escaping. I'm looking for some pro and con's for both as I am on the fence as of right now. Stuck in a banking position currently so grass always looks greener I know.
